I have devised a plan for myself (based on the weightloss program I am following) for the month of June. I am going to follow my own instructions for ONE MONTH ONLY, after this, I will maintain my weight, before doing this again.
I am hoping to lose between 4-6kgs on this plan in 30 days.
I would really love to do it with some others who don't already have a weightloss regime just to see how we go together.
Like an experiment.
The basic rules will be as follows:
1. Upon Awakening drink 650mls Water(X20)
2. Fill in Food Intake Sheet(I will provide this)
3. As many fresh, raw fruit and vege as possible (up to 10 serves)
4. Drink 4litres of water a day(That's what I drink due to my body weight, yours may vary depending on your size)
5. No HIGHLY PROCESSED FOODS AT ALL(I will explain this if you don't understand)
6. 2 Serves of Partially processed food such as oats, or wholemeal bread or potatoes
7. NO DAIRY except for milk in coffee
8. 10 minute workout every day(I use a DVD you could do stretches)
9. Tae Bo 6 days a week(the only day I wont' do this is my shopping day)
10. Walking every day possible (allowances made for days out)
11. No cordial or softdrink of any type
12 1 square of dark chocolate allowed per day
That's it!! Obviously portion control will be vital, and absolutely NO BINGING.
