WTG Jewles - great loss.

Belle - I'm so pleased the situation with your bro and your car wasn't as bad as you first thought.

Best of luck for this comng week Ally. I hope you smash through your plateau. They can be frustrating, that's for sure! But regardless of the scales, your body thanks you for making the healthier choices.
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Whit - 1.6 kg is awesome :D  what are you taking about girl *loud applause* thats fantastic - great loss for the week!

Put me down for a loss of 600 grams this week. I thought it would be a bit higher - but I think I'm retaining a bit of fluid this week. Not to worry, still happy :D

Whohoo well done Jules, Amy and Al! Good work chicks.

0.5kg for me this week, almost back to what I was when I started this challenge lol. I can't believe I let myself get to my highest weight in years, but I'm finally heading back down now, I'm feeling much better. Been drinking Up & Go's this week for brekkie, I think they're helping fill me up in the morning (and forcing me to have brekkie) so maybe that's making a difference! Either way I'm super happy!

Well done again to everyone, doing so well this week!

Good luck for the coming week

Thats a decent loss B :) You should be proud! And almost back to what you started at.. Well we all know weight loss is an up and down battle lol.

Up and go for breakfast.. how are you finding those? I'm one of the people that refuse to eat breakfast because it just makes me hungrier sooner lol. I tried up and go once but it had a really thick and weird taste, it was a vanilla one. I think I remember it being slightly gritty too.

I'm actually really liking it. Had a look and they have a bit of sugar in them, but they have substantially less sugar than the Biggest Loser shakes and stuff so i figure they cant hurt for brekkie. They're fairly filling, but not overly so, I just have morning tea as normal, but i usually just have fruit or a muesli bar which is fine till lunchtime. I have the chocolate shakes, they're quite thick but I like them like that! They feel a bit more substantial that way I think. The flavour isnt super great like a thickshake or anything, but I like them. I could just be weird. I didnt find it gritty tho. I think I mostly like the convenience, I usually grab food to eat on my way out the door to work/uni so I figure it's a good thing to grab!

Im goin to be the breakfast patrol... it is the MOST important meal of the day... I fuelled my weightloss by eating more at breakfast. Im now having muesli and yoghurt of a morning and im not hungry again until lunch time..... PLEASE have breakfast, its what kickstarts the metabolism for the day!!

Sorry for late weigh in, been working... No loss AGAIN!!! Maybe next week, at least im maintaining i guess!!

Well done to everyone for their losses.... Keep it up!!

Haha Ally, I'm a bit of a breakfast patrol girl too, I always eat it and tell everyone to do so. However I know Amy is stubborn so I didnt try hehehe.

Good work on maintaining chick, it's always an achievement in itself :)

Hope everyone has an awesomely awesome weekend (mine will consist of work, work and more work, and guess what im doing right now? You got it, work!)
