Hey guys.... we're finally up and running again.... i've been trying to post for days.... How was everyones weekend? Mine was great, surprised my mum and dad with a party for their anniversary... was lots of fun.

My weigh in was positive last week, went from 62.9 down to 62.3... finally some downward movement!! But due to the party and not worrying too much bout food i did put a little back on but im not too stressed!!

I was wondering if we could get everyone to post this week... im going to do up a table so everyone can see how much weight they've lost for the challenge!! Not long left now..

Im goin to get my butt into gear this week... good luck..

Well done to everyone who got a loss last week... Great work!!!!

Well done chicks! Good work.

Ally, I would post my weightloss but I am still heavier than when we started so i think u can cut me off the list haha

On a positive note tho I have a 15 visit pass to the local pool and gym for the Go For Life program so I went swimming today which was good. Mostly just mucking around with Daniel's 2 year old niece, but I did about 20 minutes of continual laps which was good. Im going to use the pass to check out all the facilites and then im thinking of joining up. It';s a $75 start up fee which is pretty standard, but then it's only $28 a fortnight for both the pool and gym and all classes, which seems pretty good to me! And the best part is it's on a fortnightly basis so I don't have to sign up for 6 months or anything. I guess if I decide I'm not going enough it's good I can cancel it. But as I said, I'm going to check it all out first and see how I go, I'm feeling pretty good today tho. I have to get to the doctors tho cos it appears my PCOS must be affecting my weight and skin cos I've been getting worse acne lately and put on more weight even tho Im doing everything right!! It's driving me crazy so maybe they can do something about it, we shall see.

Hope everyone's having a good week!

<3 Belle xo

how about a 99 kilo challenge? see how long it takes us to collectively lose 99 kilos and everytime someone has a weigh in they can add to the running tally?

I never thought that the day would come where I wouldn't be worried if I put on weight but the day is here.
Yesterday was a loss of 400g, WiiFit says a loss of 200g today yet my official weigh-in scales are +200g. With all these differing opinions, I'm not even worried. I know that I haven't been great food-wise this week, I know that my exercise has been shocking and I know that I have to pull my finger out if I want to reach goal. This is the thing, I don't have a goal and I don't have a goal date by which to get there so this is my problem, I will update my personal progress, try to find a goal and a date by which to achieve it and then I'm back on the band wagon....

I like the idea of a 99 kilo challenge, I think that would be fun! Have a great night all-back to work tomorrow.

Hi everyone! I'm back. I've been offline since the problems and the fact that I have no internet at the end of the month  but I'm back.

The last time I was here I weighed 99.3 and now I'm weighing in anywhere between 97.6 and 98.7kg :? but at least that's downward movement. We've had two family birthdays (and I've had some birthday cake and some softdrink  ) so that is bound to be the reason.

The good news is that my challenge goal was 98kgs which was a solid 0.75kgs per week approx for the whole 99 days which I have achieved with 2 weeks spare :D so I can say I've really been on track and hitting my weight loss goals (and straps) so I'm really really pleased with myself overall. Best of all, I'm really looking forward to joining the next challenge - so I'm definately up for it :D :D
