I am in... hopefully just for one quarter as far as weight loss goes but you never know, after this i might find i still have more weight to lose (have no real idea what size will make me happy).
Quarter one goal - Lose 12kg, which will bring me to my current goal weight of 69kg
Quarter two goal - at this stage i would say is to finish off any weight loss needed and firm up
Quarter three goal- Maintain my weight
I really hope to reach this first goal by the end. I need to do this but the finish line keeps getting further away, originally i was going to be at my goal weight by the end of 2008! was achievable when i set the goal.
I think that with support i will get there
