It sounds like you're doing a good job. Like you, I usually stick to a faily set meals so dont need to calorie count, but I let it creep up and next thing I've put on weight. New weight - 114.5kg.
I've been a dip stick, again - although some of it would be just fluid. I have been on the soup again + chocolates.
I love msg and go through these phases... It's bad because packet soup has high salt content but little nutritional benefit. Not good for blood pressure.
Yippee I found my pedometer that I bought ages ago but it went missing. My steps are so low.
I put it on mid morning. I went for 1/2 hour walk tonight which added ~ 1400 steps. I've only done 2500. Even if I had it on all day it's unlikely I would have done 3,000. It is recommended to do 10,000 so I need to get serious about my exercise. We often get home after dark and my husband usually won't walk with me but lately he's agreed to come (he's admitted he's worried about his waistline) so that's making it easier.
Ok I will get sensible on my food again and wear my pedometer to measure a baseline of the amount of exercise I usually undertake. This will be a good week. Good luck with your wiegh in.
