So i thought everyone on here has different goals in different months and different weight to lose so EVERYONE is welcome...
Basically record what month of 2009 your goal is you want to acheive and how much you want to lose.. it can be short term, Long Term or Maybe each month you have a goal!!
My starting weight is 101kg
My Long Term: Going overseas and my Bday! = Goal weight is 70kg
My Short Term: By end of each month at least 3kgs + (how much ever i can lose)
Now if you feel upset or feel like your gonna break just spill.. and il be happy to support ya!!
