Rochelle's exercise challenge

Goals :
Bike - 25km
Walk/run - 10km
Aerobics - 1hr 15mins
Non-aerobic toning - 20 mins

Mon 5 - walk/run 6.5km
Tue 6 -
Wed 7 -
Thur 8 -
Fri 9 -
Sat 10 -
Sun 11 -

Total :
Bike - 0km
Walk/run - 6.5km
Aerobics - 0 time
Non-aerobic toning - 0 time

As I didn't make all my exercise challenge last week I have done the same time this week, plus 20 mins of toning exercise. See how I go!

Wed 7 - aerobics 45min, toning(damn abs....I hate em!!!) 20min, walk in the arvo, 3.7km
Thur 8 -
Fri 9 -
Sat 10 -
Sun 11 -

Total :
Bike - 6.4km
Walk/run - 10.2km
Aerobics - 45min time
Non-aerobic toning - 20min time....yay I have made that goal!!! :lol: Now my abs will hurt for the next few days!

Monday - Thursday 20.6km ride each day, 82.4km
Thursday night, badminton = 45-50min approx

Friday, hope to do some pilates tonight
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
