Just one problem Miss Goddess.. I'm the red corner or I don't play!

Seriously being a huge Arsenal fan how can I possibly ever be caught in blue

Image

Apart from that all systems go and just to let you know how serious I am.. last night was absolutely belting it down on the Coast but me and my boy managed to do most of our walk.. we got absolutely soaked but it felt great AND we were up for seconds this morning..

So no cheats, no missed walks and have eaten healthily all week.. had a couple of cravings but it hasn't been as hard as I thought AND knowing all you great people are in the background makes me think I can do anything..

Come on Hels we got to rip into these new decades girl..

Sounds like you need a Ref here to get things under control... "Now go to your corner"
Gawd no, they both headed for the red corner and the brawl begins...
