Mild spina bifida means I can't walk very far, and can't run or cycle at all. So until the end of March, ARMS RULE!
Shadow boxing, boxing, bicep/tricep curls, and whatever else I can think of. Theoretically it should strengthen the chest and shoulder muscles, increasing upper body strength. Even if it doesn't it'll raise my heart rate, which means I'll get fitter. Hopefully
