I'll play catch up, haven't been able to get on forum for a while.
Week 1 - 72.4kgs
12 week goal - 67.5kgs
Weight to lose: 4.9kgs
Since I'm unable to do any real exercise I think as I get closer to my goal weight (64kg), the weight will be harder to get off, so not sure how I'll go with this challenge but will give it 100% and see how it pans out.
