I challenge myself...

To do the ultraslim diet for one whole week, I'm 1 day down, only 6 days left.

I challenge myself to go to the gym 4 times this week, 1 day down, 3 days left.

I challenge myself to lose the last 10 kilos of baby weight by the end of March.

I can and will do this!!!

I went to the gym 4 times this week!!! :mrgreen:
Tomorrow is day 5 of the ultra slim diet!!!
I'm down 1.2 kilos, only 8.5 kilos left for goal #1
Nearly there!

Thank you, I'm feeling really positive about this! My main weigh in is Monday, and I'd love to be below 94k. I will focus on having healthy meals, tonight is sausages, green beans, potatoes, corn and gravy yum :mrgreen: Today is another ultra slim day, I seem to do it without thinking about it, that has to be a good sign right? :mrgreen:

That's a great sign, Carley. When actions become so routine you don't need to think about them they become a habit. And when you have new, healthier habits replacing your old habits you are less likely to slip up and go back to old behaviour. Good on you!
