Week 2: - 94.7kgs
Week 3: - 95.0kgs (fully back on TF program today)

Week3 Weigh in

Week1: 55.0 kilos
Week2: 54.5 kilos
Week3: 54.1 kilos

Loss so far: 0.9 kilos
Loss to go: 4.1 kilos

I agree with Dolly. The weather has been quite cold and it is hard to reduce on food intake. I just bought an elliptical machine and have been doing more exercises at home for the last 7 days. I think it is improving my breathing. So I am quite happy about that. I will try to at least cut down on takeaway, cakes and desserts.

Week 2: 72.6 kgs
Week 3: 72.3 kgs

Loss so far = 0.7 kgs

Goal: 64 kgs

Week 1: 80kg
Week 2: 81kg - so much for pauses Rolling Eyes gotta get back on track
Week 3: 78kg - ok. um. nope, I'm not coming up with an explanation for that.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
