So I guess I better get myself weighed before Sunday :( Best wishes all.

Yes - so far I've drunk one bottle of wine in Feb. I am having a few drinks tonight - I bought a nice bottle of champagne - Yarra Burn and I might have a few cocktails if I feel like it but will try and not overdo it.

I will be going sans alcohol in March until the 28th - so 4 weeks! You can do this sunshine - I'm here to support you. :)

Good luck everyone with our challenge beginning tommorrow. I am so excited, I checked out two new gyms yesterday because the one I was with previously is in another town, and because we are now living on a farm, these two gyms are better situated because I can go in and get some other stuff done, or drop the kids off at nannys house while I workout.

I liked one of the gyms alot because it has rpm spin classes which really helped me tone up and lose weight before. And I can go as a casual instead of joining up for 12 months. So if I go 3 or 4 times a week thats what I pay for. I tried some clothes on in a shop today and I was so cranky with myself for putting all my weight back on since last yr. But I can only do this by being part of a challenge with you guys.

Looking forward to loosing my spare tyre  btw does your scales go down in 0.5 k or less. Mine go 70.00 65.00 60.00, should I look at getting ones like at my other gym that give a more accurate reading of all grams lost?

My scales go to the 100gm which is quite good. Rounding up might be too disheartening...
