Ok, so I need some motivation to lose those last few kilos, so I thought what better way then starting up my very own weight loss competition. I have decided the starting date to be 28th Feb, so if people could please express their interest before this date that would be fantastic.
The way this will work is..
First of all, every one who expresses their interest must post their starting weights on the morning of the Saturday 28th of February. Every one is required to weigh in first thing every Saturday morning.
Include your name, age, user name and start weight in this post.
I will then write up and post all starting weights as soon as I can.
All contestants can go about their weight loss in any way they please, incorporating as little or as much exercise as they personally desire. The only thing I ask for is honesty at the end of each week when weighing in. All weigh ins will be held every Saturday morning and are to be sent to me via private message, and I will then post them as soon as all results are in. Try your best though, to have results in by the end of the Saturday so that we aren't waiting on people.
We will have a winner (with the biggest loss) each week, and also a winner at the end of the "competition" which will be Saturday the 2nd of April.
It is up to the individual as to whether they wish to record their eating plans and workouts in the thread, but feel free to do this.

Anyways, let me know if you are DEFINITELY interested. If I can;t get any more than 5 people interested it wont go ahead.
