I love my digital scales - i have come down from 35% bodyfat to like 30% and my water has gone from 42% to like 50%!! I reckon they are fab scales
Cant wait to get my fat to 25% - that seems to be a healthy range!!
Gym routine at the moment - Spin on Mondays, Tues Body Combat, Wednesday i train for my netball team, Thurs Step (if i have energy!), Fri I do my own cardio at the gym, usually a jog on the tready then 20 mins on the x trainer, Saturday Pump and Sundays Step or Spin!! So yeah i generally mix it up between those classes - usually an average of 4 or 5 classes a week
I have a barbie this weekend - I am on Jenny Craig so i have set food i eat every week - it is really just a lazy persons calorie counting cos i am eating 1500 calories a day! Seems to be working pretty well so far - with my gym routine it is so handy having everything planned for me! I am craving a good drink though - I can have a bit, but it is just stopping me being excessive!!

I get weighed in on Monday afternoons at my consultations so it generally keeps me on the straight and narrow over the weekend!!
