Well done on the 900g loss, Court. I know it's not what you wanted, but it's still a loss and that's something to be proud of.

kat :D

ps: How'd everyone else do? Nobody's posting their weigh-in this week????? Or was last week so terrible that we all decided not to make it count? Maybe if we don't post, the weight will just magically go away. See no evil, hear no evil, POST no evil....... hahahahahaaa.... LOL :P

Hi guys!

Where is everyone?!?!

I lost another 700gms this week... and in total (not on this challenge) i have now lost 7.8kgs! :) Pretty happy about that - I also got measured I have lost:

7.5cm off my bust
7 cm off my under bust??
11cm off my waist
11.5cm off my hips!

So 37cm from those four spots! :) My consultant took photos of me this week - to match the photos from when i started this most recent weight loss i.e. 10 weeks. I have some REALLY big pics on my fridge though - i love having them there next to my fridge filled with healthy and delicious goodies! It shows me how far i have come :)

Hope you are all doing well!!! :D

Hi ladies,

I'm weighing in at 68.4kg this week. Yay!! I'm almost at where i was when i started.....hahahahaha :-)

Court, wow!!! Wow!!! Wow!!!! Well done on the total weightloss and fantastic measurements!!! Excellent work!! Having pics on your fridge does indeed show you the progress you're making. It's really great motivation.

All the best for the rest of the week!!

Love,
kat

ps: I'm going away on holiday this Sunday, so i won't be weighing in on Monday. Will weigh in the following Monday when I'm back. I'm touring Kyushu island with some of my other teacher friends. So excited!! Can't wait!!!!

I just realized that I've lost 1.4kg since last week (69.8 - 68.4). That's quite a bit And I'm being so blase about it coz i think I've become very disillusioned with the digital scales. The reason i didn't post my weigh-in on Monday was because i thought the scale was lying! So, i weighed in again this morning (wed) and it's still reading 68.4kg. So, that's why i decided to actually believe it. hahahahahaa..... I've become such a non-believer of the digital scale!!!

Anyway, i realized that i should acknowledge the fact that i have lost 1.4kg since last week and i should be damn proud of that!!!! (pat on the shoulder for me :P )

kat :D

ps: I'm still very skeptical. but we'll see what weight i register after i come back from holiday...*gulp*...
-actually, i think I'll weigh in on Sunday morn just to see. also, if i gain any weight on holiday, then we'll know how much. hahahahaa.... :P

Where the hell is everyone? It’s Thursday and nobody’s posted????

I’m back from holiday. Stayed a day longer than initially intended. What a marvelous break!! I fell in love with the city of Nagasaki. It’s so beautiful. It has so much more to offer than just the fact that it was the site of an atomic bombing.

Well, I’m weighing in at 68.6kg this week. That’s a 200g gain for me:-(.
But considering that I ate way too much junk and drank an awful lot, I’m actually surprised it’s not more than 200g. Anyways, I intend to start running again within the next week. We’re almost at the end of 9 weeks into the challenge. June 29th (the end of the challenge) is fast approaching and I’m nowhere near where I wanted to be :-)

Hope you’re all doing well.

Enjoy the rest of your week.
Kat :-)

Mornin,

I’m weighing in at 67kg this morning. I had to weigh myself twice coz I couldn’t believe it!! I had a relatively good week in terms of food discipline. And a terrible week in terms of exercise. I have decided to abstain from alcohol for awhile and I'm more than a week in. It was actually great to not wake up hungover and feeling like crap this weekend :P

Hope you have a great week :-)

Wow Kat that is unreal!!! Huge loss nice work!! I am hoping for SOMETHING this week..find out tongiht! I moved all weekend and ate a bit too much takeaway - but all braised chick veges and tofu, only two drinks to celebrate the new home! So i think i was pretty good - not enough water though me thinks... we'll see!

Thanks, hun

Congrats on the move, Court :D And well done on breaching the 70kg barrier. I look forward to reading your results for this week.

I also struggle with the water. I usually get nowhere near the recommended daily intake of water that i should be drinking. But, we're almost into summer over here, so the terrible Japanese heat will definitely get me to drink more water.

I lost another 700gms this week - sorry i forgot to post! :D
So I am 69.8kgs now :) Cant wait to be well under 70kgs though! I am getting a bit sick of family telling me to not lose any more and to concentrate on TONING! Blah! I am not even close to my healthy weight range for my height yet! I am sure I can do better - now to prove them wrong before summer ;)
Yeah coming into winter so I am struggling with the water - need to start on warm water with lemon I think! :D

Morning Court,

Weighing in at 67kg this morn. Same as last week. No gain, so that’s good. I’m quite happy with that. 2 weeks without alcohol and going strong :-)

Hope you had a good weekend. Have a fabulous week.
Kat

Ps: I also tend to find that the hot water with lemon helps me so much during the winter months. :D

Hey kat thats great! Maintenance is going to be tough for me i think!! It has been all too easy dropping the weight! I meant to ask how tall are you? I am supposed to be between 51 and 64kgs i think for my measly 159cm height haha
I am not very well today so i have cancelled going to my "official" weigh in! So i wont weigh in til next week..i feel pretty crappy though and ate badly saturday night so i doubly dont want to go! Just not in the mood for being drilled about my choices... dont think i have put on but i would love a buffer week to lose anything I have! I would say I am retaining a lot of fluid cos i am taking cold and flu tablets and living on tea and water!
Last week I rode 8kms 4x..did body balance, two weights sessions a step class and played a game of netball! So i think my exercise was ok :D Have a good week, i will definitely weigh in next week
