Yet again my weight is hovering above 70kg. I was 70.2kg on Saturday, 70.3kg on Sunday and a whopping 70.7kg this morning. I'm taking Saturday's reading as my current weight! I'm biting the bullet and changing my ticker too. I can no longer convince myself that this is just a passing weight fluctuation. Not after about a month!
This week should give me more time to exercise. I've just handed in a heap of writing for my thesis, the court thing's been resolved and HOPEFULLY my damn running shoes will arrive soon! I'm still eating very well, but craving starchy carbs because of the cooler weather. My plantar fasciitis is still playing up, but hopefully in a few weeks I'll be able to afford to buy the new covered Fit Flops that are available online. I love my Fit Flops. They're great for my feet and wonderful to walk in, but they freeze your little toesies off in cold weather! I'd been considering getting toe socks as a quick fix, but my pride forbids it. Socks and thongs? That would be a little too tragic.
