Hi everyone! Great to see some losses around...good work!!!

I wasn't able to get near any scales last week so I'm not sure if I had a loss, just going to leave last week blank.
Haven't been using the exercise bike for the last 2 weeks as my back has been bad, but have been really busy doing the lawns (nearly killed me...lol) and lots of housework. I have been using my WiiFit for muscle workouts and yoga though which is a nice relaxing change from the cardio on the bike.

Only a 500g loss if I go off my weight from 2 weeks ago, so not really impressed about that :( a loss is a loss though i suppose.
Really need to get stuck back into it this week, so fingers crossed for a decent loss next weighin.

Hey SL, a loss is a loss! I think 500g in two weeks is fine. I wish I were losing weight that quickly!

My weight is all over the place still. It's TTOTM so I'm retaining water as per usual. This morning I weighed in at 70.9kg, however yesterday I was 70kg. So I'm taking yesterday's result as my weekly weigh in!

My eating has been very good. Alcohol intake not as bad as usual, but could be better. Exercise hasn't been good, but my PF is playing up again so that's no surprise. I've ordered some running shoes online that are supposed to be brilliant for PF. Hopefully they'll fix things up a bit. I hope they get here before winter, though. The online seller hasn't processed my PayPal payment yet so I may have to phone them and remind them about it!

Good luck with this week everyone!

Hi EWQ!

Yeah I guess with all the bad eating and not exercising as usual, a 500g loss isn't too bad. Really need to get my motivation back up again to get on the bike. It's been TTOTM for me the last week too, so maybe that has taken part in my low weight loss as well...lol...now i sound like I'm just looking for excuses! lol...
My weight is all over the place during the week too, but usually by my weighin day it will steady out.

WND - Big hugs!

I lost 200g last week. AF is here and i have been eating soooo badly. Back on the wagon tomorrow however. Im writing up a food and exercise plan at the moment.

I think my motivation has been waning a bit too so i think the food and exercise plan will help. I like structure and organisation! LOL.

Good luck everyone for the upcoming week.

Hope everyone had a fantastic week, whether they had a loss in weight or just a great week altogether!

I've just weighed in at 400g less than last week so that's great I suppose. Weighed in on Thursday and was a whole 1.1kgs lighter than last week, but I'm going to go with todays figure. I've been doing Yoga & Muscle workouts for the last 4 weeks, so I guess they must be doing something...as well as the haps of housework lately too.

Goodluck to everyone for the coming week...

Congratulations on the losses, SL, Amy and Juzzy!

Sorry you weren't feeling well last week, WnD. I hope this week goes better for you.

Yet again my weight is hovering above 70kg. I was 70.2kg on Saturday, 70.3kg on Sunday and a whopping 70.7kg this morning. I'm taking Saturday's reading as my current weight! I'm biting the bullet and changing my ticker too. I can no longer convince myself that this is just a passing weight fluctuation. Not after about a month!

This week should give me more time to exercise. I've just handed in a heap of writing for my thesis, the court thing's been resolved and HOPEFULLY my damn running shoes will arrive soon! I'm still eating very well, but craving starchy carbs because of the cooler weather. My plantar fasciitis is still playing up, but hopefully in a few weeks I'll be able to afford to buy the new covered Fit Flops that are available online. I love my Fit Flops. They're great for my feet and wonderful to walk in, but they freeze your little toesies off in cold weather! I'd been considering getting toe socks as a quick fix, but my pride forbids it. Socks and thongs? That would be a little too tragic.

I hope everyone has a great week and I'm hoping that I have better news to report in this challenge next week!

Well done Amy!

I weighed in yesterday and have lost another 400grams.

So am down to 107.7 kgs.

Have been sick for the last week (again, after recently having tonsilitis) so have been taking it fairly easy. Hoping to kick it up a gear as soon as possible. I am dying to get closer to 105 (and then under 100!)

Well, we are back from our vacation...I had 'that time of the month' whilst we were away, ugh!

Drank champagne everyday and ate a whole lot of food lol. Kids were driving me nuts, I had to! lol

I haven't weighed in since being back, but I'm sure i'm about 2kg heavier than when I left. Going to try and get back on track today and see how much I weigh next week.

Was happy to see some good results for you guys though..

Congratulations on your losses, Juzzy and Amy. You're both doing really well!

WnD, I hope you enjoyed your holiday. I'm sure the champagne would have helped with that!

Starr, don't worry. Depending on the day I'm heavier than when I started the challenge too. :D

I can't believe how wildly my weight is fluctuating these days. During the week I was as low as 69.2kg (VERY happy about that reading!) but today I'm 71.9kg! I think a lot of it depends on how much fluid I'm retaining and how much food is still in my system from the day before, but it's annoying.

I need to put my foot down and not eat anything after dinner. Currently my dinners are starting to stretch longer and longer, so I'll have small portions but go back for seconds! I've got my new running shoes so I have to start using them. I'm hoping to be solidly under 70kg this time next week.

Good luck everyone!
