It's been ages since i've posted on here. I'll introduce myself again considering I'm still a newbie
I'm starting up a new challenge thread to help keep me motivated in the challenge/bet I have made with my PT. We both choose the end of May many weeks ago as my time frame to reach my goal weight.
In order for me to achieve this I have to lose 1kg in 6 weeks.
In the next six weeks i am going to work very hard at the gym and join calorie king and start counting calories. By eating the right balanced foods and exercising i should be able to achieve or be close to hitting the 58kg mark.
Anyone who wants to join me on this 6weeks26kg challenge in welcome.
I don't have a lot of free time but i will try and pop in more often than i have been. This is a very motivating forum.
