Yayyyyy! i joined the gym today. Its never the same as working out at home! i got to use so many of the machines, most of which i did not even know thier names. anyway, here is my diet and exercise for the day
6:00am 350cl of water
7:00am 1 apple
10:00am 750cl of water
1:00pm: 1 cup of rice and meat
3:00pm: 1 cup of beans
4:00pm 300 crunches, 2 cylces of weight lifting
5:00pm: walking for 1 hour thirty minutes.
thats all for today. i feel so much better.
