12 week challenge

hi guys, i am 77kg, i hope to lose 10kgs in 12 weeks. Join me anyone who is interested. if you see anything wrong in my meals or exercise please tell me





My diet for today was:

6:00am 750cl of water
7:900am 1 apple
10:00am 1 cup of beans
1:00pm: 3 garden eggs
3:00pm: ground rice with yam soup
6:00pm 1 apple

walked for 30 mins

I will definately join you. I want to around 10 more kgs too if possible.

I am on Celebrity Slim so my eating today has been:

The only thing I can see wrong with your plan so far today is - did you eat enough for breakfast?

Also drinking HEAPS of water each day definately helps. I am at almost 4 litres of water today.
SW - 71 kg
CW - 65 kg
GW - 58 kg
Weight Loss so Far = 6kgs
Weight to go = 7kgs

What is celebrity slim? please I would love to know. Am novice wen it comes to this weight loss stuff. How have u managed to lose weight? What's ur diet like? And exercise. Alright, maybe I would increase breakfast today to a 320 calorie meal. Hope that's better.

Today was not so bad. even though i could not do the six meal a day thing.

6:00am : 750cl of water with honey
8:00 am 2 apples
10:00am rice and lean meat
6:00pm 1 bar of chocolate

Total water intake for today 2L.
Exercise: jogging 30 mins.

I plan to register in the gym tomorrom

Yayyyyy! i joined the gym today. Its never the same as working out at home! i got to use so many of the machines, most of which i did not even know thier names. anyway, here is my diet and exercise for the day


6:00am 350cl of water
7:00am 1 apple
10:00am 750cl of water
1:00pm: 1 cup of rice and meat
3:00pm: 1 cup of beans
4:00pm 300 crunches, 2 cylces of weight lifting
5:00pm: walking for 1 hour thirty minutes.


thats all for today. i feel so much better.

I want to join you, I doubt I will lose a kilo a week but if I can lose 6 kilos in 12 weeks...fantastic!!!

Today was okay, still the six times eating thing that is the prob

7:00 am 2 apples
2:00 pm 6 slices of bread and 2 eggs
8:00 pm, two parts of goat meat


total water for the day 3.5L


Exercise for the day:

30mins walking
30 mins jogging
45 mins aerobics
20 mins crunches

Today was not so good.

Breakfast: 9 slices of bread, two tablespoons of butter, one fried egg
Lunch: 2 cups of rice
Dinner: 3 slices of yam

Water: 3.5L


I am trying very hard if i can do cardio for at least one hour tonight to help burn off some of the calories. Tomoro would be better!!!!!!

Today was much better. I changed my diet to more proteinous foods, though the six time eating did not work out


8:00am Beans 1 cup, with plantain
3:00pm: Beans 1 cup with chicken lap
7:00pm 1 egg, and 1 turkey wing

Water: 10 cups of water


Exercise: Walking in the morning 1 hour
Situps: 180
Jogging: 50 mins
Walking again: 30 mins

I am in. I think I know what to eat and how to exercise. I need this challenge to keep me focused and on track.

7:30 am noodles 1 serving and 1 egg
12:0opm rice and plantain
5:00pm 1 fish (quarter of a fish)

6:00pm skipping thirty minutes

Total water for today 4L

i just checked and noticed that i had lost two kilograms in one week. is that okay or too much?should i reduce my workouts?
