Food consumption good but not perfect.

I eat considerably more than you do. I am roughly trying to follow a Lite and Easy format during the day and I eat a Lite and Easy dinner (which contains 400calories)

Breakfast and Morning Tea:-

Two pieces of soy and linseed toast with tomato and thin piece of ham.

Apple and weight watchers fruit bar

Lunch and Afternoon tea:-

High grain small bread roll with low fat cheese and tomato.
Small diet yogurt

2 very small mandarins
Anzac biscuit (not so diet)

Dinner
Lite and Easy dinner
Small diet yogurt

Also cardio gym workout for 50 minutes.

Jaygirl,

I have been reading what you are eating and you are not eating anywhere near as much as you should be for the amount of exercise you are doing.
You should be consuming at least 1200 calories and you would be lucky if you are hitting about 800 calories.
If you don't increase the amount of food you are eating, your body will go into starvation mode, which means it will cling onto every single calorie it can making weight loss extremely difficult.

Best of luck with your challenge!
