68 hours to go!! *gulp*

everything is A-OK as far as exercise and eating is concerned.. no cheats.. but am gonna need some support if we get done on Wednesday morning.. some severe emotional eating is what I fear.. :shock: :? :?:

Current :99.2 Kg (31 May 2016)
Lows : 78.4 Kg (20 May 2008) : 87.4 Kg (on 16 Dec in both 2009 & 2010) : 82.9 Kg (14 Apr 2011) : 87.1 Kg (4 Jul 2011) : 90.5 Kg (14 Jul 2014)
Target : 94 Kgs by 15th Jul

Nope NO EMOTIONAL eating here ok ?

It will make us both feel alot worse than what its worth ... then we will have to work alot harder to get down to goal by our deadline.

Why don't u try Emotional Exercise ? Take all ur frustrations out on a longer run !

yeah OK.. but will need some support.. I'm going to be devaststed I really am.. have got a two week trip on the back of this.. 4 days in Rome with my Arsenal mates some I havent seen since Paris 2006 and 3 days there and on the way back with my mate who lives in Thailand.. :|
