No it's not Lauren.. look I've had family issues.. I've had work issues and I'm applying for a few new jobs and getting my CV exactly right is challenging especially for the calibre of job I'm aiming for.. in addition my best mate arrived unexpectedly from overseas earlier in the week so I had to do the right thing entertaining him for the past four days.. including a marathon session on cocktails at the censored.. thankfully he has now gone back..

hey it's been all go and my diet etc has taken a backburner the past ten days but intrinsically I'm still eating healthy (ish)..

give me till Thursday (end of this challenge) to get myself together and I promise I have then some new plans and expectations for the rest of the year..

not particularly making excuses here, I'm fully in control of my own destiny and maybe even deserve an ass kickn from ya :mrgreen: :wink: but be patient..
