My Weightloss Challange

Hey everyone, I am 25, 110.5kg and 183cm tall. My goal is to be in a size 12 by December this year. I found this site while searching for weighloss sites on the net, and I can't wait to try the healthy and delicious looking recepies!!!!

At the moment my diet is pretty poor, i very rarely eat breakfast, lunch is normally missed as well and dinner is your standard sausages and veg or spaghetti...I know that our dinners are pretty healthy (and suitable for a family of 5) but i want to eat healthier...also my exercise routine is a little off key and not the best, walking only when I have to and relying on taxis and lifts otherwise....there are days when i dont leave the house at all and wont even look at the exercise machine sitting beside DH's chair! Also my liquids consist of diet coke and cups of tea...not very healthy.

So here is my weightloss goal. I want to lose 12kg in 12 weeks, change my eating habits completely, exercise every day and stop drinking so much diet coke. I know that I can do it, I just need to set my mind to it and stop being such a lazy.......person. If anyone wants to join me, let me know!! Tomorrow I will be writing down my first day of eating (thank goodness tomorrow is grocery day) and tonight I am going to go through these recipies, see if there are any that I can use so that the whole family will eat them :) the family is pretty picky and wont eat mushrooms, brocolli, zuchini, squash or any of those lovely foods, its meat and mixed veg all the way here *giggles*.

So here is what I will be doing tonight:
1. Make up a weekly menu with healthy foods
2. Write down a shopping list so I only get what i need tomorrow and not junk food :)
3. Clean my fridge
4. Hide all the easter eggs so I am not tempted!!!

My plans for tomorrow are:
1. Eat breakfast!!!
2. Limit my tea intake to 3 cups a day maximum
3. Drink water instead of diet coke or coke
4.Get groceries (walk to the grocery store instead of taking a taxi)
5. Jump on here tomorrow night and record how I went.

My weekly weight loss will be on a Thursday morning, after I get out of bed and will also be recorded here. I find out if I get the job in the laundry tomorrow, so if I do get it it means that I will be doing a 20min walk every day to get down to the bus stop...will keep you all posted about that too.

Anyways I had better go for now, and get some things done before I head off to bed. Looking forward to hearing from you all soon

Hey everyone

Heres an update for the week. I have lost 1 kilo and got the job!! So thats going to equal to 4 45 min walks per week, plus all the exercise I will be getting while working :) Size 12 here I come lol :) I will log in next week for another update.
