YAY! I went to my first class tonight
a Boxing Workshop - it was fun and tiring and left me sweating and hurting, but it was great. There was only 2 other people in the class though who were about my size, so that felt good that I wasn't the only big person there.
I went off track again today with my eating
Lol! Its so funny - this week I'm going good with exercise but bad with food when in the past I've been going good with food but bad with exercise... Now I just need them to go hand in hand in the same week and I'm set!
I doubt I'm gonna lose any weight again this week, and might be looking at another gain (last week was a gain of 900g), but I'm going to try to correct still for the rest of this week. I want to get fully back on track with eating and maintain this decent exercise regime and then I'll be laughing all the way to the weight loss bank :p I would really love to hit 119.9kg by the end of July - at least that way I can hopefully have lost about 10kgs by the time I go to Launceston in August. Guess we'll see how I go though!
I've been reading Magda's blogs today on the JC site, to get some inspiration, and it's nice to know that even a celebrity like her goes through rough patches in their weight loss journey. She's come so far! I can get there too! Tomorrow is another day, another day to try to fix my eating
