I am in too :-)
Going to Bali at the end of May so this will be perfect.
Starting Weight: 63.9kg
Goal Weight: 60kg
Anyone got any suggestions?
I have started jogging in the past couple of weeks, and have built up to about 3.5km without stopping, but i am very slow! I am sure the walkers could over take me!

Hey Aims -

Drink LOTS of water, low fat yoghurt (look for low calorie ones) fruit, raw almonds are good for snacks! Salads and veges to bullk up meals etc. Just balanced healthy eating combined with your exercise sounds great!
Maybe some squats and lunges after your jog might help to get the butt in geatr for the trip!

How fun! My sis leaves for Bali on the 1st June!

hey Court, thanks heaps for the information.
i will defintiely do some lunges and squats! which is good cos i can do them from home.
I cant afford to join back at the gym at the moment!
I have been eating well and jogging 3/4 times a week for the past 3 weeks and have had no weight loss...might need to step it up a gear!
oh really, everyone i speak to seems to be going there! cheap, cheap!!
good luck with your weight loss for the month, 2.3kg is definitely doable!

I'm in :) I've already got my own 17 week challenge but this can be like a mini-goal for me :)

SW: (going from my last weigh in) 127.7kg
GW: 120kg (my weigh-ins are on Sundays, so I get 5 in May!)
Goal for 2010: Be at most 99.9kg by 31st December 2010

I'm not making goal dates at the moment, my current goal is 85 kilos, when I get there, no time limit. So my goal for this month, anything below my current weight... 88.4 kilos.
Goal for 2016:
Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos

weight 1st May was 91 Kgs.. gonna be an interesting month all round.. target - say 87.5Kgs..
Highs : 107 Kg (24 Sept 2007) : 113.5 Kg (12 Jan 2014) : 112.5 Kg (26 Jan 2016)
Current :99.2 Kg (31 May 2016)
Lows : 78.4 Kg (20 May 2008) : 87.4 Kg (on 16 Dec in both 2009 & 2010) : 82.9 Kg (14 Apr 2011) : 87.1 Kg (4 Jul 2011) : 90.5 Kg (14 Jul 2014)
Target : 94 Kgs by 15th Jul
