I weighed into today. I was really quite nervous. The past two days I had been doing the ultra slim diet only once a day, instead of twice.

My weight is the same as last week, which is good because there is no gain, but disappointing because there's no loss.

Always next week right? I just need to stay positive, and keep trying. I want to make a small goal, and it is 87.9 kilos
Goal for 2016:
Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos
Goal #1: 92 kilos

Going down 1kg a week I think.. that'd be nice :wink:

P.S. I only weigh in once a month.. I refuse to look at those scales each week.. :razz:

Can I join, but a few days late? I was in the April challenge but had a rough month so am starting fresh right now.

I am 68.6 and so I would love to lose 2 kilos this month. I am starting small because I just can't seem to shift below the 67 mark. Maybe has something to do with the wine I drink :D Best wishes all!

Ok - I weigh 67.3 at the moment - I want to lost 4kgs - so MY GOAL IS 63.3kg by 30/5!!

I was in the April challenge - but joined sort of mid month!

Bah 200g increase :-( - I did join the gym yesterday - hopefully a loss next week....think I am going to start using calorie king properly as well....

Hi everyone

This is my first weigh in for this month, only lost 300grams this week, I must have got back on those scales about 4 times to make sure!! Oh well, I will definately be more focused and vigilant at counting my calories this week. Hope you are all doing great.
