Week5 Weigh In

Week2: 54.5
Week3: 54.1
Week4: 53.8
Week5: 53.8 Lucky did not go up. Did not eat fatty food but ate a lot at home as I sprained my ankle.

Loss so far: 1.2kilos
Loss to go: 3.8kilos

Week 2: 72.6 kgs
Week 3: 72.3 kgs
Week 4: 71 kgs
Week 5: 70.5 kgs

Loss so far = 2.5 kgs

Goal: 64 kgs

Week 1: 80kg
Week 2: 81kg - so much for pauses Rolling Eyes gotta get back on track
Week 3: 78kg - ok. um. nope, I'm not coming up with an explanation for that.
Week 4: 78kg. At leas it's not back up again.
Week 5: 78kg. Stuck!! Dammit.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
