I only have 7kg to lose, but would love to join you in the challenge. I am also on about 1500 calories as 1250 calories would be too few for me. However, I do need some motivation to keep to my healthy diet and get my exercise in.
Can I join you guys too? I want to lose 5kg in 12 weeks (well by September 10 actually but 12 weeks sounds even better). I'm 164 cm and weigh 64.3kg. I haven't weighed less than 60kg for about 10 years. Maybe I never will again but it's worth a try. I'm a chronic snacker and eat way too many cakes, chocolate, cheese and other bad stuff. Also have found it difficult to exercise lately due to pelvic trauma I suffered during the birth of my second child last year. I'd like to try and cut out the snacking between meals and walk for half an hour each day. If that doesn't start to show results in a few weeks then I'll do the calorie counting like you. I need motivation though otherwise I start off well but then fall back into bad habits after a week or so.
