first of all, let me say how much I love reading through everyone's really helpful and enlightened advice. It certainly is inspirational, and the diet/snack ideas have been really food for thought. I have read on here a number of you have had success with the various shake diets, and I think I need the quickish results to remain motivated.
After successfully getting my weight down to 70kg through eating sensibly and exercising over about the last 3 months or so, I have found I have plataued and am starting Kate Morgan this week (as soon as my little package arrives in the mail) and hoping to lose another 5-6kg over the coming 4 weeks, as I am going on a holiday in early June, and want to set that as my goal date to be at my ideal weight of 64/5kgs.
Over the next month I plan to do pilates 3x per week (as this is great for the stomach where I tend to pile of most of the kilos), as well as spin classes and the cross trainer.
Just wanted to put it out there! Will post some before and after pics once I am at my goal!
