Week6 Weigh In

Week1: 55.0
Week2: 54.5
Week3: 54.1
Week4: 53.8
Week5: 53.8 I sprained my ankle.
Week6: 54.0 Put on weight !!!

1) My sprained ankle still hurts, cannot exercise.
2) Also food poisoning from seafood. Vomit on last friday.
3) Need to deal with the bank to stop people trying to steal $5000 from my account by internet fraud. Stressful.
4) Also a few serious problems with car repair, need to do some big grocery shopping, plus problems from relatives.

Encourage me. The next 1 kilo is the make or break situation.

Loss so far: 1.0kilos
Loss to go: 4.0kilos

Week 2: 72.6 kgs
Week 3: 72.3 kgs
Week 4: 71 kgs
Week 5: 70.5 kgs
Week 6: 69.4 kgs

Loss so far = 3.6 kgs

Week 1: 80kg
Week 2: 81kg - so much for pauses Rolling Eyes gotta get back on track
Week 3: 78kg - ok. um. nope, I'm not coming up with an explanation for that.
Week 4: 78kg. At leas it's not back up again.
Week 5: 78kg. Stuck!! Dammit.
Week 6: 78kg. :roll: can't wait to get back on the bike next week.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
