Tuesday (a.k.a day 2) wrap up!

Breakfast:
Skinny flat white, bannana

Snack: Miso Soup

Lunch: Wholemeal wrap with lentil patty, mushrooms, spinach, corn, feta, artichoke

Snack: Skinny f/w, jarrah hot chocolate (the 41 calorie kind) 1/8th of a bagel with peanut butter (dont ask me why, i HAVE to have this!)

Dinner: Spinach and feta healthy pizza thingy

Dessert: Piece of fruit

Midnight snack: None hopefully! Last night i had mexe beans. I get so hungry when i get into bed that i cant sleep sometimes :(
5 kg's to goooooooo. The hard 5 ;)

Blaaaah :( I ate sticky date pudding yesterday. correction, made it, then ate it. Sigh.

Oh well back on the wagon! :|

Wow, sounds like ur doing an awesome job...
Going cold turkey on sugar, is huge!!! I love my lollies, so I really think ur doing an awesome job! :)

and i got a few laughs out of ur posts, keep it up, b4 you know it, you will be sugar free!

haha i made toffee last night! thats sugar in its most condensed form! but aside from that i was pretty good all weekend, even did 2 hours of aerobics! someone at work actually asked me if i had lost weight - woohoo!!!

Breakfast: Wholemeal toast with baked beans

Snack: Skim coffee, Miso soup

Lunch: Tuna and spinach salad

Snack: Bananna

Dinner: Roast veg and feta toastie yummm

Exercise - 1hr walking (to work and back) hopefully a gym class tonight!
