Christmas 2009

Postby Julz » Mon Jun 08, 2009 10:56 pm

Hiya Guys & Girls :)

I've just been thinking ahead to my favourite time of the year, Christmas. Its a long way off yet but I am planning ahead early this year and setting myself a goal. For christmas this years theres only one thing I want- double digits! I want to be under the 100kg mark for the first time in over 10 years. I think this is a realistic goal there is exactly 200 days to christmas, or 28 weeks. For me that means losing 26 kgs in 28 weeks.

If anyone would like to join me on this challenge that would be great, we can all support each other and give each other a kick up the bum when needed. It doesn't matter if you would like to get to double digits like me or if you only have a few kgs to lose everyones welcome, the more the merrier!

oooh, I'm in :D If thats ok? Christmas is my fave time of year, and I would love to have reached my goal weight by then. For me thats a 12-13 kg loss, def achievable. I think this is just what I needed, I've been a bit un-motivated lately, so this should get me going again :D Lets go !

I would love to be at my first goal as well 60KG (13.8kg), but would love to reach 52kg (I am 5 foot nothing) to give me a BMI of 22 which means 21.8kgs I would need to lose in 28 weeks heres hoping lol though I highly doubt it.

I am in! I think this is what I need - a bunch of girls (and guys) who are on the same page to kick each others b*tts!

I am planning to lose 14.9kg by end of the year! Approx 500gms a week (given my track record, this will be a toughie for me!)

But if it happens (fingers crossed) I will be weighing in at 55kg!!!

Come on people, we can do IT!!!! :D

-I'll be in for it! Ideally I'd love to be 58kg, so that's 6.4 kilos from now. With all the motivation here, I think I've got a better chance than if I was trying to go it alone!

Good luck everyone! :D
