Week 4: 78kg. At leas it's not back up again.
Week 5: 78kg. Stuck!! Dammit.
Week 6: 78kg.

can't wait to get back on the bike next week.

Week 8: 78kg - as if that wasn't predictable
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
