Last year I lost about 10kg and was happily maintaining 69kg right up until Christmas. Then I had Christmas, New Year, got engaged, got a new job with a large promotion and 7kg crept back on. I have lost some of it but I have 4.3kg I can't shake.
So to kick start my weight loss for my wedding I am going to have a 3 week challenge, actually it is more like a 19 day challenge. I am going to try and get 4.3kg off for Saturday 11th July. I know it sounds like a lot but you can lose a bit extra in those first few weeks of weight loss and at least it gives me something to work towards.
