diet is lost of healthy fruits, veges, grains and lean meats. trying to keep to 1300 cal per day. so im actually trying to eat more!!!
exercise last week was a lot of gym classes
this week it has been netball on monday night, and runs for the rest of the week, probably a gym class on friday morning. saturday i have netball also.
just trying to keep active 6 days a week. also doing some light weights.
