size 8 challenge - drop a dress size

now i know this wont be for everybody so dont be offended! but i thought seeing as a size 8 is 1.5 dress sizes from what i am now others could try to just drop a dress size.

im giving this challenge 1 month. 1 September 2009
if it doesnt work then ill press on!

i would like to look fab in a pair of skinny jeans and to get rid of my belly! (amongst other things!)

ok it seems no one wants to join! *sob* lol

anyway, the plan is to weigh in every friday, starting this friday.
so the weigh in dates are as follows:
1/08/09
8/08/09
15/08/09
22/08/09
29/08/09

And NO trying on pants or whatever of a lower dress size! its going to be a suprise

My GW is 55 too!!! :) I doubt i'd get there by 1 Sep though!

Sounds great! I'm 1.65cm. And I am in!

I weighed in this morning at 67.5kg (haven't changed my details because it's not my "official" weigh in) :lol: :roll:

So first weigh in for this challenge is 67.5kg! :D :D
1st GW: 64kg
Final GW: 60kg

pretty good i guess, had a bit of a diet hiccup on monday. but just got back into the swing of things straight away so i feel good.
doesnt matter if this weeks weigh in isnt great. its the end of the month that counts.
i hate the TTOTM bloat!

diet is lost of healthy fruits, veges, grains and lean meats. trying to keep to 1300 cal per day. so im actually trying to eat more!!!
exercise last week was a lot of gym classes
this week it has been netball on monday night, and runs for the rest of the week, probably a gym class on friday morning. saturday i have netball also.
just trying to keep active 6 days a week. also doing some light weights.
how about yourself?
