Well that is good that we can get a few of us together. Now we need to decide what to do and when to start! I'm thinking that we should do walking. What do you guys think??? I like to ride the bike as well but don't know if you guys do!!! Maybe we should do it that you log in that you have done how ever many minutes of cardio, whether it be walking, cycling, aerobics or whatever. But you have to be puffing!!!! So maybe the fist week can be something like 25 mins. And maybe 3 days a week, Mon, Wed, Fri, to do weights. Just use the tins out of the cupboard if you don't have any hand weights. And do some toning leg exercises, along with some squats. Damn I hate squats but I will force myself to do them!
So if we were to start today mine would be :
Sun - 6 Aug - 25 mins bike. Cant go for a walk cos it is raining so I will pay for it tomorrow.
So what do you think about that. But we could start tomorrow or Wednesday or next Sunday if you want. Or maybe make Sundays a rest day, or Saturdays if everybody is busy doing something else. Anyway post your ideas.
