Wow that was very quick!! Great losses guys I think the best part about these group challenges is that it really shows you that a small, medium or large loss really contributes in the end to getting to the final goal. Like last months challenge - some had small losses, some had big losses, some even had gains - but in the end we all lost over 11kg! Sorry, but that's so cool!
Tiny loss for me this week - 300g, bit disappointed after my gains, but oh well - next week!! I've found my motivation again so hopefully I will do heaps better this week So that makes our group total: 27.8kg
