So, here's the deal,
I have my 20 year school reunion coming up on the October long weekend & I know that I have been procrastinating about it for some time but I've finally pulled my head outta my butt & decided to try & lose some kegs for it!
So my starting weight as of today (monday August 10th) is 73kgs. Realistically I know that 10kgs in 8 weeks is a pretty far flung feat. So, my goal will be to lose 10% of my body weight by then which would be 7.3kgs (65.7kgs) & I think that this goal will be much more achievable.
I have a plan in place & so far I have executed it superbly! Although in saying that, it is only day one afterall!
I will record my progress, whether it be good or bad, in this thread on a weekly basis.
So, the plan is in place & I'm *almost* looking forward to my school reunion (as much as humanly possible!?
