My personal challenge for August

I'm currently between 81 and 81.5 kilos. My personal challenge for this month is to get into the 79's! I really need some motivation and a kick up the arse...!!! :oops:

Come on Sue you know you want to motivate me :lol:

I am aiming for 79 kilos and if I'm 81 kilos I have 2 kilos to lose. I will be happy with anything in the 79's!!!

I can not wait to say 'Hello 70's and goodbye 80's!'

As EWQ said you CAN do it, you are not so far off it now.
As of late my motto has been head down, bum up and get on with it.
So now Im telling you, put your head down , your butt up and just get on with it, today. Not tomorrow, not next week, TODAY :wink: .

Good luck and I will be keeping my eagle eye on you :) .

Making healthy choices (which I'm doing mostly)

And cross training 30 minutes (minimum) every day.

Shall be a challenge with a nearly 4year old and sick 8 month old... :shock:

I sure hope so! I'm going to post my food menu here and that may motivate me

So far great, all bran for breakfast, banana and strawberries for mid morning snack did 20 minutes cross training.

I can do it!!!

You can do it hun! :mrgreen: It's hard with kids I know. I've been doing my Xtrainer after I put the kidlets to bed & my fave programs are on TV.

Food:
Breakfast: All bran cereal
Snack: Banana and carrot
Lunch: Spinach, carrot, cheese, cucumber salad
Snack: Low fat hot chocolate
Dinner: 2 sushi rolls

Exercise:
Cross trainer: 30 minutes

Not too bad :)

Having an okay day today, baby is sick, Robert's birthday. Tired, my period is coming, I feel doomed! What else do I need to say?

Food:
Breakfast: All bran cereal
Lunch: Turkey, spinach, carrot, cheese and lite mayo wrap
Dinner: Steak, potato, broccoli and carrot
Dessert: Birthday cake
Goal for 2016:
Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos

Yesterday I weighed in at 81 kilos, today I weighed in at 80.5 kilos! Holy crap!!!

I'm only 600 grams away from the 70's!!!!!!!!!!!!!
