For far

Breakfast: Multi grain muesli
Snack: Banana and apple
Lunch: Spinach, tuna, tomato, cucumber, cheese and carrot salad
Snack: All bran cereal and yoghurt
Dinner: Roast chicken, broccoli, carrots and beans (haven't had dinner but it is cooking)

Cross trainer: 15 minutes
Walking: 45 minutes

May do more cross training :)

How do you think I went today?
Goal for 2016:
Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos
Goal #1: 92 kilos
