Hahah put it this way, I was determined to lose as much weight before my trip as I could so I did my best towards it. That included a very strict diet which I ended up loving because everything I ate was so refreshing and nice, I wasnt craving any junk food I was that determined to look good. I still ended up drinking every Saturday night which was great.
I basically worked out 2 times a day morning and night about 5 times a week and then the 6th day was just once a day. A combination of running, walking and free hand weight exercises. I dont like doing classes I dont like gyms..I did everything on my own.
I did a lot of my running and walking outside on the nice days and I'm talking 10-16kms a day some times.
Its hard work but its do'able! You need a kick start and that kick start is losing the first couple of kgs and knowing you're on your way, thats a great motivator!!
