64.2kgs with one week til my good friends wedding in Sydney!
I'm happy with my effort and I swear to god my 1 day off from exercise during the week is like HEAVEN my body gets so tired when I get to that point and I'm loving that day off...which was yesterday.
Frequent meals have done it for me pretty quickly this time around...I'm doing it faster than when I went to Bali last year...frequent meals, hand weights at home, 2-3 long walking sessions outside and then really short intense sessions of running.
If I can get to 63.2kgs thats basically only 400g from my Bali weight which was good enough for a bikini heheh.
I cant wait to get to Sydney to take it easy a bit..... im still using the gym at the hotel tho heheh.
Current weight: 64.2kgs
Goal weight: 60kgs
Ok so my Sydney trip is over and I've reached 64.2kgs - my next weigh in is in 2 weeks time so that whatever damage I did in Sydney will be done and dusted! I would love to lose 4.2kgs by Xmas time and I guess thats where my new goal begins
