I'm doing the celebrity slim diet for two weeks. I feel like I need a kick start, a fresh start. Tomorrow is day #1.

Starting weight 80.5 kilos
Goal weight: 78 kilos

I will update here daily!!! Bring on day #1!
Goal for 2016:
Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos

I forgot to mention I brought two weeks of celebrity slim for half price!!! :D

Day 1 of 14

Food:
Breakfast: Chocolate celebrity slim shake and banana
Snack: Carrot stick and salmon philly
Lunch: Cookies and cream celebrity slim shake and apple
Snack: Carrots with cracked pepper philly
Dinner: Egg pasta and meatballs

Exercise:
Cross trainer: 35 minutes
Walking: 20 minutes
Goal for 2016:
Current weight: 94 kilos
Starting weight: 102.5 kilos
Goal #1: 92 kilos
