I may adjust these numbers once I weigh myself again on Monday. I used the scales at work to weigh in since the ones at home had flat batteries. They always tend to be a litle different to the ones I have at home and it was after breakfast, a coffee and some water! (oh and in my clothes and shoes...I am usually a "in the nudie weigher" lol).
