Been a while since a good challenge, who is in?

Going by my weigh in today,
Starting weight: 80 kilos
Goal weight: 76 kilos

I am definitely in as well! I sucked in the August Challenge!

I weighed in this morning at 66.2kg - but official weigh in is on Monday - I will weigh and post for the start of the month!

Aiming to lose 1.5 - 2 kg by end of Sep! :D
1st GW: 64kg
Final GW: 60kg

GW for Sept: 84.3 (to get BMI under 30 so I'm no longer classified as obese!!)

I'm totally in - I sucked in the August challenge as well :( I weighed myself just now, and have put on 1.7kg in the past week - so I could really use a heap of motivation!

SW: 122.6kg
GW: 118.6kg (Would love to finally get under the 120s - been trying for 3 months!).

I also have another goal: To begin walking 15 minutes per day 5 days a week. Will probably build this up over the month, starting with 2 days, then 3, then 4 then finally 5 days.

Goal for 2010: Be at most 99.9kg by 31st December 2010

Hi guys.

First time poster, long time lurker!

I am just getting started on my weight loss journey and I would love to be in the Sept challenge if that is ok? I really think it would give me some great motivation during these beginning 4 weeks.

My starting weight is 116kg
September goal is 112kg

I may adjust these numbers once I weigh myself again on Monday. I used the scales at work to weigh in since the ones at home had flat batteries. They always tend to be a litle different to the ones I have at home and it was after breakfast, a coffee and some water! (oh and in my clothes and shoes...I am usually a "in the nudie weigher" lol).

My weigh in tomorrow and at the moment I feel like giving up, where did my positive side go? Maybe I ate it! :cry: I hope I can get down to 80 kilos tomorrow, what will be will be right? I'm sick of the 80's, I need to see the 79's!

Stay focused and you will do it. I know how you feel about getting below a certain number, I'm facing the same battle. Don't you feel like the numbers tease us?
