Holy crap! I just realised I'm 3 kilos away from my BMI being under 30!!! No longer obese but just overweight!!! :shock:

:D well done carley! its weird going from 'obese' to 'overweight' on the charts. i am there and its..well..weird! well done again-cant be easy with the stresses of small children.

Carley my weigh in day offically is Tuesday, but I am a bit of a shocker for checking in early!

I am having a get together with my friends Sat evening which will involve booze and all the nibbling that comes with it so I think I'll def wait till Tues! I'm bring low fat dips with a veggie platter so I will have something healthy to munch on plus some of those tasty rice cracker snacks. Oh and will also be drinking vodka and coke zero lol. But will def go to the gym sat and sun and eat light early tomorrow so hopefully the damage won't be too bad!

When are you weighing in?

Food:
Breakfast: All bran cereal
Lunch: 2 sushi rolls
Snack: All bran and yogurt
Dinner: 1 vegetable samosa, 3 pieces of beef madras, half a serve of Kabuli channa (chickpeas) rice and half a naan
Dessert: Cookie

Apparently weigh in tomorrow, not expecting a loss this week...tonight was our date night.

I weigh in tomorrow but had a sneak peak today, wooooo ... I'm not expecting a happy day tomorrow!!

BUT I only have myself to blame!! Drinks with the girls at a friends place turned into drinks with lots of people in town at some clubs. Had an absolute blast but I did drink wayyyy too much! (I did get to the gym Saturday though woohoo! It was amazing...I was the only one there! ha!) I ate ok on Sunday...until I decided to get Hungry Jacks for dinner! Oh it was delish! It was great though, I didn't feel out of control and I recorded everything I ate (even the bad!) so I am accountable and it wasn't "a secret". I am totally owning everything I do these days, which is a great feels. Feels good to be in control!

Anyways it was back to the grind today, lots of water, good healthy food and I hit the gym earlier.

I'll let you know how I go tomorrow!
