Well today I joined the WWA (walking with attitude) site that Ally is on and it can convert exercise mins to kms. So although I didn't walk today I can still add in when I do other sorts of exercise. yayyy

So 9kms today cardio DVD and weights

I only just noticed this so I'll put mine in for the last few days

I only know the ones I've done on electronic equipment, not my walks or bike rides outdoors :( :(

27/12 - 1km Rower, 5km Cross Trainer

28/12 - 5km Rower, 5km Cross Trainer, 5km Bike

31/12 - 5km Cross Trainer, 5km Bike

= 31km

Did my 10km walk/jog yesterday as promised - not in any condition to add to that today after a big new years eve party!

NEW BALANCE: 118.8KM

Plan on doing a 50km bike ride tomorrow though!

yay got OVER my 100km promise i made :)

30km bike ride (so all up i did 111.1km !!!)

Nice going Kate you did a great job!

Ally I am really enjoying WWA it is very motivational having those sorts of goals to meet just like this walking challenge. I am doing NZ and want to join up the Bust Your Butt challenge which starts tomorrow. Are you allowed to do more than one or does that defeat the purpose of it? I may drop out of the NZ walk to do the other challenge if that is the case. Or I could use my walking mins just for the NZ walk and the exercise mins just for the Bust Your Butt challenge. Crikey, decisions, decisions.

Better put the total back up so people don't loose track of this challenge.

Hi Kim I am not sure if you can do 2 at once....I am not quite up to that level of fitness yet :P !! The best thing to do would be to email admin (Kate Crosby) and they will let you know!!! I love it to I find I am like a kid at Christmas waiting to see if I have busted the next checkpoint!!!

Wow we are nearly in Perth!!! If I hadnt gone off on my break then we would have been there by now!!! Sorry for letting you guys down but now I am back and willing to give it my all! And have added some ks today.

This morning - 2.3km walk with the dog and 7.1km cross trainer
Yesterday - 600m swim
Total 10km

New balance - 74.8km

We should be there in a few days. Then we will have to start a new challenge. And I am off to have a look at this walking site now. I remember looking at it months ago and thought it looked good!
