I have been going super well so far
Sunday I felt hungry all day, and had to resist eating crap sooo many times (and binging) - but managed to stay 0.5 points under my daily limit (I get 26 per day btw). Yesterday I ate ok, managed to stay 7.5 points under - but I ate 6 slices of bread which was weird. I didn't really have a nutritional day which I think is just as important as a calorie-sticking day. So today my plans for food are:
Breakfast: 2 slices of toast with cottage cheese, tomato and avocado.
Lunch: Omelette with 2 eggs, plenty of veg, and some natural yoghurt.
Dinner: Vegetarian sausages with heaps of vegies and some weight watchers gravy. (I'm cooking regular sausages and regular gravy for my family).
Snacks: Carrot sticks and hommus, strawberry yoghurt & a banana.
I really want to do some minor exercise today and try to get at least 1 exercise point.
I went mini grocery shopping yesterday, and discovered mars red (the mini chocolates) - they're 1 point per mini chocolate. I might start taking a leaf from Sue's book and have one at the end of my eating day.
I had a lung infection the weekend before last, and I used it as a chance to quit smoking - I stayed off the cigarettes for 4 days until I went to Launceston to see my parents (who both smoke). Since then I haven't really been able to kick them again, but I bought some nicabate lozenges. I haven't tried them yet, but I hope they don't taste gross like the chewing gum or make my IBS go spastic... I will be giving them a try today. I'm sick of smoking - I hate the way that it makes my throat feel in the mornings, I hate the constant tickle on the back of my throat and I HATE the taste and the SMELL!!!!!
Until next time...
