Well I had a gain!!!
Sad... I gained 1kg this week, but that was pretty much expected considering that I really just couldn't get myself completely back on track foodwise. On the plus side however, I think a large part of the gain may have been muscle. I got a Wii with Wii Fit, Wii Active, Wii Sports & My Personal Trainer a few days ago and have been working out like a fiend. In the last 2 weeks I have lost 1.5cm off each arm, 2.5cm from each thigh, 1cm from my waist and FINALLY 1cm from my hips!! In total I have now lost 26cm off my body in just 13 weeks (since I joined weight watchers and started tracking it).
I've got 17 more weeks left in this challenge, and I think I might up my goal to being under 100kg. It's close to my previous goal and is still on average about 1.2kg per week. This gain has set me back a little bit, but as I said earlier, I will keep reassessing as I go along. If I can get back on track foodwise and starting working out consistently then I really don't see an issue in having some big losses in the next few weeks and then my losses getting more steadily around the 1kg mark. Honestly, as much as I would like to be under 100kg for my bday, even if I'm not I'll still have come a long way - this is for life, not for an event. I have to keep reminding myself of that! I would like to be as close to double digits as I can get. If that means that I'm giving it my all and only losing 500g a week, then that's all I'll lose - as long as I try my hardest.
