ok here we go!!

Starting weight - 163.3kgs

I am aiming for a loss of 7.5kgs over this challenge which will bring my weight down to 155.8kgs

I have been looking forward to this challenge since I joined the forum! Great motivation to keep at it and get active!! Best wishes to all who join in. :P

First day of Spring... yay :D

51.9 kg this morning. My goal is to get to 49kg by November, Melbourne Cup Day to be precise. The way things are going at the moment, I could get there even earlier! I still think there's something wrong with my scales :?

my start weight is 112.5kg
I'd love to be at 100kg or just under by the end of November, its also my birthday then so I'll be staying motivated for sure :D :D

Ok, my starting weight is 101.4
By the end of the challenge I would like to be 90 kgs, or maybe even an 80's girl (god havent been one for the longest time!) :P
90kgs would be great though! xx

Goal : 70kg

Looking forward to a walk as soon as my little girl wakes up, am determined not to let the group down :wink:
