Hi all,
I am back after sprained ankle, after job-hunting.
This time I really want to lose some weight and lose it for good.

Let's encourage each other. It may seem impossible but I will aim at winning the Hall of Fame competition. I will behave myself if I know I have to report my progress...

My starting weight is 55 kilos.
My current weight is 54 kilos.
My ideal weight is 50 kilos.

I have been losing 2 kilos, then something comes up and I put it back for many many months....

ouch! :shock: sprained ankle!hope everything is ok now and good luck with the challenge and losing that bit of weight. you'll do great im sure :)

12 Week Challange

I just registered today and defiently want to be in this challange!!! My wedding dress comes in early December so this 12 week challange will be perfect!!!!! What days are the weigh ins?

Current Weight: 71kilos
Goal Weight: 57 Kilos

14 Kilos !!!!!!!

I have joined a Boot camp which runs saturday morning and have joined my local gym and plan to go about two to three times a week. Any tips out there from anyone?

Everyone here seems to weigh in on different days so all the weigh ins and weekly challenges are open for a week to cover all the days for everyone.

For this particular challenge it started on 1/9/06 a Friday so I or someone else will start the week 2 weigh in thread on 8/9/06.

Great to have you on board for the challenge.

My ankle has recovered. Unfortunately it will never be the same again, so I have to be careful.

Yes, I have been exercising for 2 days. I have been watching my dinners, so hopefully I will see some results, so that FatGarfield can lose the fat and be Garfield instead.

I would love to join this group as I just start lite'n'easy today and so far so good, no snaking inbetween lol

I weigh 99kg (7th sept)
goal weight for challenge 85kg
Would love to be 78kg for the new year :)

Hello laura and welcome to the forum.

I was also on lite n easy and lost 18kgs. Now I am doing it myself after learning better eating habits. I found it worked for me but I did stick fairly closely to it and started adding exercise after about 6 weeks. Find out what works for you and go with it.

Hello everyone
I'm joining the weight loss challenge belatedly, but I've been on a diet for a while.

Weight at 1 Sept: 79.5 kgs
(Lost over 5kgs in 3 weeks previously, due to illness and stress related starvation).

Goal by 1 Dec: 70kgs or less
